​Notices for all Design Professionals and Contractors:

***Effective March 1st, 2025: Requests for new plan reviews that are post marked or delivered to our office after March 1st, 2025 will not be accepted. All new project/plan submissions will be required to be submitted via our Plan Review Request Portal.

***Submitting Revisions or Resubmittals: To submit revisions or resubmittals, please contact our office at (304)-558-2191 Ext. 08590 for further information. 

***Upcoming Invoice and Payment Procedures: Payment will be required before plans are submitted for review. An invoice will be generated and emailed to whomever is listed as the party responsible for the invoice with a link for payment. Please note that our agency will not accept money orders, cash, or physical checks for online submissions.
