State Fire Marshals Arrest One on Storage Units Arson Charges
 
CHARLESTON, W.Va. –  On January 26, 2017, a fire occurred at Aero Self Storage, located at 3075 Beverly Pike, Elkins, WV in Randolph County. The fire caused a significant amount of damage to the structure and several occupants items that had been in storage were destroyed.
 
ASFM R.J. Sovastion was assigned to investigate the fire. During the investigation ASFM Sovastion and ASFM G.A. Harms identified a suspect in the case. On February 24, 2017, Beth A. Meadows, 52 of Elkins, WV, was charged with Second Degree Arson and Felony Destruction of Property. Bond is set at $100,000.00 and she is lodged at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
